Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our gel wraps are considered cosmetic items, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. If you are dissatisfied for any reason reach out and allow us the opportunity to improve your Luxe experience.

Inventory Integrity
We are proud of our product and want the highest and best for our customers. While rare, if a flawed product makes it through, we’ll stand by our quality promise.

Defects & Aged-Out Adhesives
Your time and trust matter to us. If a product arrives defective or doesn’t perform as expected due to inventory aging, reach out. We’ll test the batch, and if there’s an issue, we’ll refund or replace the item.
